TWENTY SECOND INTERNATIONAL
VLSI MULTILEVEL INTERCONNECTION CONFERENCE

 CONFERENCE OBJECTIVES

 To assemble researchers and technical support personnel from Industries, Universities and Government Laboratories from around the world to address all current and future issues related to on-chip VLSI and ULSI Multilevel Interconnection.

  

CONFERENCE REGISTRATION

 2005 VMIC participants may register either in advance or at the door. For Advance Registration, your application and payment check or money order must be received no later than September 20,  2005. Those who register in advance may pick up all conference information (including Proceedings) at the registration desk. Additional registration forms may be obtained by calling the VMIC Conference Secretary at 813-978-3552. Applications received without payment will not be honored as advance registration. Also, no confirmation of advance registration will be sent. Completed applications can either be mailed to the IMIC office, or faxed to the VMIC Secretary at 813-978-3552 (on or before Sept. 21 only, thereafter plan to register at Conference Door on-site at time indicated below).  

Cancellation: Refunds for cancellation of advance registration will be honored provided the requests to cancel are made in writing and are received no later then September 20, 2005. All refunds for cancellation will be subject to $50 handling charge. 

Seminar Registration / Pick-Up:
Monday, Oct. 3...........................7:00 a.m.- 3 p.m.

At-the-Door VMIC Registration may be accomplished at the following times:
Monday, Oct. 3............................2:00 p.m. - 5 p.m.
Tuesday, Oct. 4 ..........................7:30 a.m. - 11 a.m.
Wednesday, Oct. 5 .......................7:30 a.m. - 11 a.m.
Thursday, Oct. 6..........................7:30 a.m. - 11 a.m.

 Registration entitles an attendee admission to all sessions, handouts, coffee breaks, a set of the official Proceedings of the Conference and a lunch on designated days. 

 

CONFERENCE FISCAL POLICIES

Payment for Advance Conference Registration must be in the form of a check, money order or credit card (Visa/ MC/Discover/AMX).  Purchase orders can not be accepted for Advance or At-Door Registration. Checks must be in U.S. Dollars and drawn from bank account with U.S. offices. If foreign financial instruments are used (e.g., Eurocheck), please add $75 processing fee. Registration Forms and fees must be received by September 21, 2005. Receipt of Form and/or payment AFTER Sept. 21 will require full payment again at the conference, and reimbursement of prepayment after the Conference, less a $50 service charge.
