CONFERENCE OBJECTIVES

To assemble researchers and technical support personnel from Industries, Universities and Government Laboratories from around the world to address all current and future issues related to on-chip VLSI and ULSI Multilevel Interconnection.

CONFERENCE REGISTRATION

At-the-Door Registration may be accomplished at the following times:

Tuesday, Nov. 27 .........................4:30 p.m.- 6:30 p.m.
Wednesday, Nov. 28..................7:30 a.m.-12p.m.
Thursday, Nov. 29..................7:30 a.m.- 11 a.m.
Friday, Nov. 30....................7:30 a.m.-11 a.m.

Registration entitles an attendee admission to all sessions, handouts, coffee breaks, a set of the official Proceedings of the Conference and a box lunch on Wednesday. Luncheon Tickets for Thursday's VMIC Awards Luncheon must be purchased separately (only 250 available tickets, first come - first served).

Payment for Advance Registration must be in the form of a check, money order or credit cards. Purchase Orders cannot be accepted for Advance Registration.

CONFERENCE FISCAL POLICIES

Applications received without payment will not be honored as Advance Registration. Receipt of payment after November 13 will require full payment again at the conference, and reimbursement of prepayment after the conference, less a $50 service charge. Refunds will be sent after the conference.

Checks, money orders, cash and credit cards (Visa/ MC/Discover/AMX) accepted at the Conference Registration Desk on-site at the door. Pre-registered attendees may pick up their materials at on-site Conference Registration Desk upon arrival.

Checks must be in US Dollars and drawn from back account with US Offices. If foreign financial instruments are used (ie, Eurocheck), please add $50 processing fee.

NOTICE TO AUTHORS OF POSTER PAPERS

Plan to put ALL posters for ALL SESSIONS up on Wednesday, November 28, before 9:30 am at the location designated (Salon 1 - 4 of the California Ballroom). Poster boards will be provided as indicated in author kits. Be available AT YOUR POSTER to answer questions from 12:45 - 2 pm on Wednesday, Nov. 28 and from 1:00 - 2:00 pm on Thursday, Nov. 29. Plan to remove your poster on Thursday afternoon from 3 - 4 pm. All posters are to be down for room clean-up by 4 pm on Thursday, November 29.
